Stand-Up meetings are fine, but I dare to question if the daily occurance makes sense in every kind of Project. A good News Letter or Web-Site can equally inform and reach a wider Audience.
Some years later, independence was needed and I engaged in Contracting. Not long after that life called me to America. The Company was small, but with excellent expertise and knowledge. We soon took over World Wide IT Support for a Fortune 500 Company. The Client needed to free up in House resources for a Transition to SAP. Due to the necessity of Data conversion our Team quickly learned the needed SAP skills, I myself became SAP Certified for Sales and Distribution as well as Logistics, LSMW. I held the position of CTO and Director at BAVRIAN Consulting Inc.
Ever since, I have primarily engaged in International Projects as SAP Consultant and Project Manager. Europe, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, US, Canada, Mexico.
IT to me is an Art form. It is my passion and my weakness is being overly engaged.
As of now, I have some 30 years of experience in the field.
